Powder blue tuxedo

The only suggestion I'd have for her is for her collar to be an inch or two tighter and the collar to be a couple of inches higher up her neck and throat. If she were wearing this for her wedding, I'd suggest either a powder blue or white bow tie, although women can typically get away with wearing a buttoned up collar without any neckwear. For a wedding, however, I'd recommend a bow tie.
