Bergfried Dicker Heinrich, Schloss Neuenburg - castle keep "Dicker Heinrich", Neuenburg castle, Germany

Built in the mid-12th century, the keep is 23 meters high, 14 meters in diameter, and the walls are 2.85 meters thick.

 

Inside, spiral staircases lead upwards. The mezzanine floors house changing exhibitions.
