A temporary Network Rail compound being constructed within the grounds Westfield Caravan Sales, Carleton, Blackpool. The access in the foreground on to Higher Moor Road is temporary to provide direct access to Carleton/Bensons over bridge in preparation for its demolition and replacement as part of the Manchester to Blackpool railway electrification project.
