With new Gold deckers recently delivered to Stagecoach Midlands Kettering depot for the X4, several of the older Scanias have moved to Stagecoach Merseyside. Once de-branded they have entered service on random duties at Birkenhead as typified by 15740 here on the 38 at Bromborough Pool. This is a model village built by the Prices Patent Candle Company in the 1850s with the houses pictured on South View being larger than normal and originally designated for the factory management.
