Black-necked Grebes ( Podiceps nigricollis ) ... St Aidan's , Yorkshire

Although it was wonderful to see some of the 23 BNGs here at St Aidan's it was so sad to see all around me the dead and the dying birds. Black-headed Gulls have already reach the 500 mark and while i was there Swans were joining the list.
