Experimental Regent
Liverpool Corporation tried a large capacity Regent (E1), Atlantean (E2) and a Bridgemaster (E3) in 1959 and all three of these experimental buses have survived in the MTT collection. E1 bears resemblance to the popular East Kent Regents thanks to its forward entrance Park Royal body. The Atlantean was chosen for orders from 1963 to 1984 but the Regent lasted until 1974. After sale to Hollis, Queensferry it was preserved.
