Ybor City, FL......I was heading back to my car and at the last minute I decided to bop my head in the Blind Tiger. I saw him sitting at a table against the wall.......I approached him, introduced myself and explained my project......When I asked for his name, he said, 'Noel"......with permission, he allowed me to photograph him....thank you, Noel ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
