I realized that the anniversary of me giving up cigarettes has just happened on the 8th Jan, its been two years since I had my last cig, and to be fair I don’t miss it… It is weird, before I gave up I was a heavy smoker twenty to forty a day, but now even going to my mothers house makes me feel physically sick. She still smokes and when ever I go there I come home stinking of smoke, I truly apologize to anyone who ever came near me when I was a smoker… The Alcohol has never really been something I binged on, I will have a couple of social vodka and orange juice’s if I am out or special occasions like weddings, Christmas etc, might lead me to having a tipple or two but all in all I have never been a big drinker. My vices these days are sweet foods and energy drinks… mostly Monster…
