Electrospace Autovon phone -- as seen in many older photos of the NORAD control center.

 

Red buttons on dial pad are: FO (Flash Override), F (Flash), I (Interrupt), P (Priority) -- calls with higher priority bump routine traffic.

 

Digital phone. Likely, this set was never in service... looks brand new.
