BE128 Bald Eagle Nest

Both eagles were perched on a branch a few feet from the nest for my whole visit. At one point the female did go into the nest moving around a bit. There was a moment where she lowered into the nest chest first and did a wiggle in the nest bowl. She lay there for a minute or two and then left the nest and rejoined her mate on the branch.
I am not sure if there may be eggs still there. Their behavior had indicated that something may have happened to the eggs.
I can hear an owl very close. I have heard the owl every visit.
I left them perched there. I left to check another nest and drove back by over an hour later. Both eagles were still perched in the tree.
