August 13, 2021 - Jupiter with the GRS and the transit of moon Io.
This photo was not shot with an SCT but an RC10. These are actually less suitable for planetary photography due to the relatively large secondary mirror obstruction. But I hope I have proven that it is possible after all 😄
Normally I don't do much planet photography, so this edit took me days. I had a new ASI 462MC and ZWO ADC that I had no experience with. So, especially during editing, I started again countless times looking for the best settings and workflow. In the end it worked out!
I am very happy with this shot 😎
