Air conditioner leak due to unit 207 using air conditioner non-stop. Leak caused terrible mold problem. HOA paid for repair.

 

When asked contractors for mold removal, they all asked for HOA name. President last year agreed to pay for common-pipe repair.

 

We did not use our air conditioner last year because it was not repaired. We repaired it in August 2015.
