Another victim.. nearly two.

Sparrowhawk Female

 

We couldn't believe our eyes this morning when we looked out into the garden. This lady had another sparrow in her talons but directly under the trampoline was a black cat moving itself into position to pounce . We had to give the window a good rattle and scare all parties off, i wonder if she knows we saved her and probably her chicks, still a shame for the wee sparrow.
