Our Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research John Dillon Fellows took a drive to the Crystal Waters Eco Village for a local tour of the permaculture principles and history that the community cooperative was established on. Local resident and baker Les Barnett of Les' Sourdough Breads of Crystal Waters introduced our Fellows to the village’s rich history and the importance of establishing a sustainable, self-supportive community through local efforts and care for nature and the land
