Daylight robbery

This poor little puffin didn't make it back to his burrow fast enough and got mugged by this black headed gull.....it's a tough life for puffins. The gulls will knock them out of the sky and are really brutal on the ground.

 

Best viewed large for detail of the gull slicing off the ends of the sand eels :((
