The weather forecasters said the 6th September 2017 would be the best day of the week for sun and so 3 of us set off at 4am for Norfolk to photograph the final days (that was said by all we spoke to!) of class 68s use on the Norwich to Great Yarmouth /Lowestoft passenger workings! As ever with the British weather the forecast did not live up to expectations!!
It started quite well with 68028 at the rear of 68005 leaving Great Yarmouth (08.46) with 2P11 for Norwich.
