Round Sitting Room: terracotta panels dedicated to Louis IX (1226-1270). Saint Louis is surrounded by several allegoric themes, which led to the construction of the Holy Chapel, the construction of the Aigues-Mortes harbour and his disagreement with the Pope. The boats symbolize the two crusades in which he participated (1248-1249 and 1270), in the latter in which he was killed.
