Mexican Style Feast

In light of the recent "overhead busy table shots" I thought I would give it a go as well! This is my "mexican style feast".

Braised pork shoulder (ground fennel, cumin, tomatoes, garlic and chilli) served as "build your own" fajitas. With guacamole, chunky salsa, limes, beer and tequila!

 

Phew! (I think it looks better large).

Done
