Discovered in a good neighbourhood in Winnipeg. A new type of travel trailer, a conversation starter, kids play area, a mini house for grown ups, a model for home shows? Interestingly, the wheels are built in.
As the old saying goes: you don't see these everyday.
I need some help on this, people. Any ideas about its purpose?
