Hey dummies, this is a photo of my beautiful girlfriend Leslie Anne, not me. This admonishment is for all those idiots who just look at the pictures and don't bother to read titles or captions. I know this because I often get compliments addressed to me by name even though I clearly identify my girlfriend by name, and there are plenty of photos of me to compare. We are both tall and of northwestern European ancestry, but we look nothing alike. If you really admire my photos, please pay attention.
Likewise, I have posted quite a few model railroad photos of other people's layouts taken during November open house and have clearly identified those photos as other people's work that I admire. My photos of my own work are labeled as such. However, some people compliment ME for other people's work that I do NOT take credit for. Please pay attention.
But too many of you walk and drive around in a daze with no situational awareness. You IDIOTS run into other people on the road and kill almost as many human beings in the US in one year as we lost in the entire Vietnam War. Gazing at cell phones has made this situation far worse. Besides driving your automobile into other cars and pedestrians while playing with your damned phones, you also walk straight into traffic while glued to your phones. Wake up and pull your head out of your ass. Lack of situational awareness is also what leads many of you into getting mugged by robbers who search for people not paying attention.
One more thing to those of you not paying attention: I make lots of political postings. It is no secret where I stand on many issues. Look at my photos and see my signs and read my essays. Most people who link to my Flickr account as contacts or "friends" didn't ask me or bother to see what I am really about, so don't be mad or shocked by my content. If you like my content, you are welcome, but if you don't like my content, stay away. It is that simple.
