Your Best Shutter Speed - Food Colouring

For this photo the two techniques I mashed together are liquid experiments and high shutter speed. The shutter I used to capture this image is 1/160. I decided this what the appropriate shutter speed for this photo because it is not extremely fast and not extremely slow. I did not increase the shutter speed even more because I did not want to ruin the quality of the picture. If the shutter speed was too low then the food coloring would not be caught in a crisp image. This shot came out exactly how I had hoped it would. I got the food coloring spreading at a good stage of the process because it is spread out enough to take up space in the glass. I feel this image worked out exactly how I had wanted in the end and with a bit of editing I got the blue to stand out. In the end, I think it all worked out and I am very happy with the results.
