the golden larch

Mountains, lakes, fog, and yellow larches – that's autumn in the beautiful Engadin. A few clouds would have been the icing on the cake... I stumbled upon this spot quite by chance, as I originally wanted to photograph down by the lake. However, the wind didn't work out as planned, so I looked for a new spot along the Via Engiadina. I found the perfect location just in time, as a short while later, other photographers arrived (each of whom probably also thought they had the best spot).
