Willingdon Juction
Southern veterans 313201 & 313213 are seen approaching Willingdon Junction on the 29th of April 2023, working the 16:14 1Z35 Sussex Rambler, or Class 313 fairwell tour organised by both Southern Railway & the Branch Line Society from Hastings to Newhaven Marine.
With only a couple of weeks left in service before the May timetable change, the class 313 was given its fairwell swan song before they are withdrawn.
In the distance you can see Stone Cross Windmill which was fully restored into working order back in the early 2000’s.
