This is a product of my topic exploring traditional Bahraini culture. Here, I was working from several primary photographs and this is the composition that I came up with. I aimed to combine shisha pipes and arabic flasks and simplify them down to shape and linear mark with the use of inks, acrylic paint, conti stick, bleach and coloured pencils over the top to bring back some definition to the objects whilst still leaving the majority of them quite translucent.
