This Nigerian woman is only 29 years old, but in her shining eyes one can read several lives.

 

She arrived at the Gare de Lyon in Paris two years ago, without money, with a child in each hand and a third on the way. Behind her, she was leaving two years of nightmare in Italy, where she had been forced into prostitution to pay the €65,000 fee the mafia charged her for the ticket Nigeria-Palermo with scale in Niger, Libya and Lampedusa.
