Gravity

Gravity is like invisible hands, manipulating living creatures as puppets. When we jump from a skyscraper, we are pulled closer and closer to the concrete bare skin of the Earth by the attraction, where our bones are crashed, our flesh split and our life ceased. To highlight the silence, we describe the sound of breath. Similarly, to emphasize gravity, I create an atmosphere where gravity doesn’t work; and to simulate the situation, we exert a counterforce: the visible threads and hands to balance the gravity, to still the falling.

Underwater is the best imitation of vacuum in space. The image presents a sense of moderative motion in the galaxy; when the movement ceases by the counterforce of gravity, the falling girl and the ball are frozen in the jammed air.
