The lighting is a little better in this picture, plus you can see the beautiful scalloped edging. The color symbol is Hope, the edging is done in groups of threes, and there are three medals - one Miraculous Heart, one St. Patrick (I'm assuming), and one from the Shrine at Knock Ireland.
