IceCube Lab and the Sun
The IceCube Lab (ICL) at the geographical South Pole with the Sun just above it. Perfect constellation. IceCube is a neutrino observatory at the South Pole and utilizes a 1 cubic-kilometer sized neutrino detector deployed in the glacial ice using more than 5000 digital light sensors inside the ice. In the ICL a computer cluster collect all the data, does processing and filtering and sends the processed data north via satellite.
