10th Hole, Mammoth Dunes

If I’m willing to be patient and wait for my opportunities, shooting after a storm can yield some amazing images. It had been raining for most of the day but I kept watching the sky for any bit of clearing. Near sunset there was a break on the horizon so I decided to load up the cart and head out on Mammoth Dunes. As luck would have it I got a few windows of sun and was able to capture some iconic images of David McLay Kidd’s wonderful new golf course at Sand Valley Golf Resort
