Desperate Attempt to Scape

Image of two Rainbow Bee-Eaters in the hunt for Flying insects, The bird on the left has caught one and the other has a bee on sight. For some reason I can see how terrorised the bee is in an attempt to scape, Do you think the bee was caught?
