El edificio se fortaleció y se dividió en apartamentos y oficinas en 1993, y pasó a llamarse Wharf Oficinas Apartamentos. En 2000, la Academia de Nueva Zelanda de Bellas Artes se mudó a la planta baja.
Diseñado por Frederick de Jersey Claire, fue el primer edificio en Wellington en utilizar pilotes de hormigón.
The building was strengthened and partitioned into apartments and offices in 1993, and renamed Wharf Offices Apartments. In 2000, the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts moved in to the ground floor.
Designed by Frederick de Jersey Claire, was the first building in Wellington to use concrete piles.
