Ferry Cross the Mersey

I took this shot from standing at the edge of the Albert Docks, which is overlooking the landing docks for the Ferryboat. My Brother Lee and I were waiting for it to come in and dock up!

The Ship that lies beside the docks (in the background of this shot) is known to be the Jewel of the Seas and is a Radiance-class cruise ship operated by Royal Caribbean. And it is one of the largest cruise vessels to be seen in Liverpool, which has just recently made a return visit here again!

Unfortunately the day we planned and decided to go to Liverpool. It was a very dull and dismal day when we got there. But, we were both glad that it did not rain so that we could visit the fabulous landmarks of this City; with Mathew Street for the story of The Beatles and The Royal Albert Docks, Merseyside and Historical Architectural Buildings and a casual stroll around the city streets. - Plus of cause, a few pubs along the way!

All in all, we really enjoyed that day and wanted to finish the day on a high note and a good ending to remember, so we decided to take a trip across the Mersey!

Many thanks for your comments and appreciation of

compliments and also favours from you here, my good flickr friends !!!

Coming up soon are the captured views of this fabulous City, taken from the Ferryboat across the Mersey!
