No racing, no problem...
Decided to go to the zoo here in Philadelphia. Haven't been there since 1989... and that was also a gray, damp, chilly and miserable day then too. It was nice to go back and try some shots of things other than race cars.
Still playing around with this lens and wrestling with getting the 500mm F4 from Sigma. I've noticed that this lens has issues through fences and through glass, as most of the zoo pics were done through. Why I'm still looking to really put it through its paces is because there's a lot of tracks I'll be going to that offer me fence-free views and this lens can be really, really good with no obstructions. Not that a 500 F4 will fix that but it will get me better reach and better quality. I've got time though.
