Its for removing DZII/III Mains Fuse Gauge Rings from the fuse holder. Real one had to be bought in 10pks and only by "proper people". Brothers electrical course instructor himself had them put the phone down on him. took him3 days to get them to sell him them. About €5 each as well for something that weighs 19g of injection plastic and 2 bent bits of 0.8 steel.
