Blaupunkt TV 24 LED €143.75 CPCIreland.farnell.com - 10-12-2019
BLA-236/224I-WB-11S3-HBP-UK
24" HD ready LED TV
2x HDMI, 1x USB, Scart, CVBS, YPbPr, CI, coax out and headphone
Annoying 2 bar legs instead of big solid more usable Mono stand
Ordered: 08-12-2019 night
Arrived: 10-12-2019 lunch
2 days from order date to arrival is good even from UK. Faster than stuff I get from Amazon.co.uk.
Arrived in box with airbag packing on one side only, no sign of damage to TV itself however. Whish is the main thing. Also in the box was a Pulse PLS240 Multi position VESA Wall Mount. That is whole load of work initself to mount.
TV had to have legs attached, do not like them, do not look stable. Would have prefered a old fashioned mono stand as it would have made putting on the shelf a hell of alot easier and cheaper.
When first powered you have to select the country and power use type I hit the OK for UK and home without knowing it. Will have to find a factory reset to be able to change it later.
It found the crappy irish channels we have even with the crappo aerial that is off. It must be off as the channels are stuttery, its that or they RTE have them powered down with their budget cuts.
Connectors are a right pain, they are recessed in a area with a bottom are sticking out. Really will need 90 degree adaptors for the HDMi so as not to be forcing the cable in such a tight spot. Have not tried the USB function yet but if it records it will be very useful.
