Laboratory Analysis

Pines Wheat Grass is tested again and again at the end of every process. Here we see a laboratory technician innoculating three diffferent culture mediums for incubation. Not only does Pines test the wheatgrass in its own laboratory, other outside labs also test it. Pines tests for all dangerous bacteria, and the tests are always negative. Pines also tests for the presence of heavy metals, yeast and mold and rejects any products that do not meet our high standards. Further, total bacterial plate counts are consistently less than 1% the plate count of other green foods, especially algae and wheatgrass grown in trays at a rapid rate in warm and crowded conditions.
