Window technique
This technique could get used very versatile, while most of the parts are pretty common and come in various colors. Just watch out to pick the right arches! It won't work with the old ones, because they couldn't "take" the 1x4 tile. (Comparision on the right side: Above - Old; Underneath - New). To fix the 1x4 tile use the 1x1 plates attached to the bow.
If you want to use medium dark flesh, there are obviously no Bricks with Studs on side. You could still go for the technique, I snotted mdf plates in a more difficult way, go for a second layer behind the visible wall..its a least possible!
