Grand Roue in Fog

This is another artificially foggy picture created in Photoshop from a photo taken on a perfectly clear day. This one was slightly more complicated than the last, and also didn't turn out as well. There is a patch in the sky above the building to the right that is an obviously lighter white than the rest of the sky, with clear edges.

Same as the last time, I made the fog by adding a layer masked Hue/Saturation layer and selectively reducing opacity. I also did selective colour, exposure, and lens adjustments when importing from camera raw, as well as curves and levels adjustments once imported. The difference in the editing process this time around was that I needed to fix the ground as well, as it was oversaturated and bright. To accomplish this, I made another Hue/Saturation layer separate from the first, and selectively darkened and desaturated the greens, while also drawing their hue value more over toward aqua. This accomplished the effect you see in the photo above.
