Real Name: Victor Snider

 

Powers:

* Toxic Touch(his mutated arm causes infection and gene altering injuries)

* Super Strength and Durability

* Doesn't feel pain

* Toxic thoughts(uses telepathy to pollute your mind with his thoughts)

* Toxic Spit/Breath

* Extreme intelligence

* Extreme Healing Factor

* Immune to toxins

 

Weapons: Has the whole T.O.X.I.N "company" which he controls which contain heaps of henchmen.

 

Weakness: Powerful Antidotes (weakens him)

 

Backstory: Victor was an excellent scientist but when he was out in the Avalon City forest discovering a new toxin to help cure cancer he unfortunately came across terrorists hiding in a secret bunker planning an attack on Avalon City. The terrorists found and forced him to use his genius to build Biological Weapons to sell for illegal arms dealing. Due to the terrorists forcing him to work in an illegal bunker in the forest the working environment was unsuitable for the biological weapons being manufactured a small hazardous gas leak began to to occur unawares to the terrorists and Victor. The long term affect caused him to be infected and began to slowly die. Victor used his knowledge and injected himself with a small antidote which he made and left the terrorists to die. Victors "antidote" caused him a chemical unbalance in the brain making him lose his mental state. Using the dead terrorists as his experimental host bodies he began to test out his biological weapons. Victor began to self experiment and soon became a mutant his brain became more twisted and soon the once feeble scientist known as Victor became a madman known as Toxin! Toxin became obsessed with "improving" mankind by working with his Toxic formula and soon found out his toxic formula could cause superpowers but the side affect resulted in mutations and only worked on humans cells which adapted over time. Toxin then realised he could use children for his tragic experiments because of their cells adapting as they grew. Soon children began disappearing in the forest and mutant like creatures began to roam the forest. Improving his formula making it stronger and more powerful Toxin began to sell it on the black market. Gaining henchmen and better science facilities in exchange for his Toxic formula Toxin began creating super powered mutant beings and his small bunker began to grow into an underground lab called T.O.X.I.N. Toxin is now truly Avalon City's most dangerous villain especially with super powered mutants protecting him and following his orders to kill heroes in order for Toxin to spread his formula over the city to "improve" mankind.
