In my project, I wanted to explore opacity in relation to mark making and so to start it off, here's some of my initial experimentation with acrylic paints- looking at the way the paint moves as well as colour intensity and creating texture.

 

These are my initial responses to/ inspired by the work of artists Gerhard Richter, Jack Vanzet and Sam Chirnside.
