New York City: 520 Park Avenue, limestone clad

This recently completed tower rises above Park Avenue in a Stern-designed limestone clad. The attention to detail and the high quality of materials is a hallmark of the architect. Similarly to his other recent towers, such as 220 Central Park South and 30 Park Place, the building has a unique profile and crown that recall the skyscrapers of the 1930s.
