A most appropriate place....
... to find one of the Stanley Brothers' plaques!
This attractive little pub - originally named the "Jubilee Tavern", and today just "The Jubilee" - is in the Norwich suburb of Thorpe Hamlet, at the corner of St Leonards and Florence Roads, where it's been serving since the year of Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee, 1887.
Amongst the many products released to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Queen Victoria's accession to the throne, these plaques were made by Nuneaton brickmakers, the Stanley Brothers - and, a decade later, they repeated the design with minor modifications, to mark her Diamond Jubilee.
Norfolk may well have others but all those I've identified thus far date from the first event - with one at the roof apex of the Sue Ryder shop on Norwich Street in Fakenham, and another on Church Street in Wymondham, and a fourth in Nelson Road Central, Great Yarmouth.
