400 RGV LEADS high school students visit UTRGV to kick of HESTEC week with the STEM expo in Edinburg, Texas on Monday, October 1st, 2018. Rio Grande Valley Lining Education & Development (RGV LEAD) is a program that assists students in reaching their college-and-career goals. After attending the Career & STEM Expo, LEAD students meet up at the Health and Physical Education II building, where they are able to mingle and share information from the different colleges and careers that had booths at the expo.
