LETS JUST TAKE THEM ALL AT ONCE
CSX 7220 leads what would turn out to be the days longest train ... PSR theory says this is best ,but this train was barely making track speed,even with a DPU buried in the consist .
Since railroads compete not against each other so much these days as trucks and highways ,I will agree to disagree with running longer slower trains of immense lengths .
Amtrak 48 had to jockey around this and two eastbounds ..my hat was off to the dispatcher .
