... of the coconut barfi I made last Friday. Hubby baulked at the calories, daughter was sad I didn't make it pink, son is running from everything green since!

So, I ate the whole batch by myself :)

 

Foolproof recipe - Heat 1 cup grated coconut, 3 tbsp fresh cream and 3/4 cup sugar in a heavy-bottomed pan for 15 minutes or till the mixture turns frothy and leaves the pan. Add food colour if you like :)
