The popular Cullman Womens Self Defense Class graduated several students this week.
The Cullman Womens Self Defense Class featured hands-on self defense instruction for practical use in situations including muggings, robbery, assault, and other common combative circumstances that may arise. Women of all ages attended and learned how to protect themselves in the case of an emergency situation.
