Virginia has become the 15th State in which I have photographed County Courthouses in all Counties and County Equivalents. The City of Franklin became the final one on February 28, 2025.
Virginia has 95 Counties and nearly 40 Independent Cities. Not all Independent Cities have separate courthouses from the Counties that surround them. The map depicts some as counties when they are not such as Virginia Beach, Suffolk, and Chesapeake. The final one in Virginia was County #975.
