Antony Graham

Year 3 Student

Question: What’s top of your bucket list?

Antony: To travel to South America and visit Peru and Argentina. I want to feel more cultured, not be stuck in Glasgow. I’m going to Denmark next year on exchange so hopefully I’ll pick up a job

with Bjarke Ingels while I’m there…

Question: Do you sketch often?

Antony: I love sketching. I had to buy a new sketchbook yesterday because I filled another one.

Sketching keeps me together!

Question: What do you think is the most effective way of presenting a project?

Antony: For me, I am not the most confident person in the world but I like to get into a little bubble in which I imagine people have come to see me, its my time to shine and they’ve paid money for my performance. I just own it, become overly confident, use numerous hand gestures, walk around and go for it. I let my work do the talking as well as appreciating the time to explain my work with pride. The presentation is important. You need to imagine you’re presenting to an auditorium full of people and think ‘where’s my Pritzker Prize?’
