Lego custom Game of Thrones: Viserion

First of all sorry for not posting anything on Flickr for months.

I was just more focused on my Instagram since I recently hit 1k followers there (thanks).

But anyway I´m probably going to only post very "special" figs here since I can talk about them more.

 

Here we got a very good example on a "special" figure:

Viserion one of Daenerys dragons from the HBO show Game of Thrones.

The base for his head was a Kre O Transformers dinosaur helmet. The details on it were sculpted with fimo.

His neck was a Lego body which I cutted the sides of and then glued onto the main body.

The main Body was simply a Kre O body and so is the hip piece. I then bended a piece of plastic with heating it up and then glued it onto the body so I can glue on the tail. The tail is basically a lego weed loop with a sculpted spike on the end.

His Legs are first Kre O ones which I cutted the feet of and then glued on normal lego legs and onto those are also lego feet.

The Wings/Arms are made of lego droid arms, lego spikes, toothpicks and fabric (credit for the toothpicks goes to theMoosefigs.

All the scale were sculpted out of greenstuff.

I first painted everything in a green base coat. then added more light or darker green on specific parts. I then drybrushed everything in a very light green. After that I washed everything dark green and then drybrushed the more outstanding parts again.

I then easily painted his mouth and eyes.
