Siegburg & Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, North-Rhine-Westphalia (Germany) Honda Civic 1.5i LS
It was a bit of a shame not to see this older Honda Civic on older pre-euro plates, but good to see nonetheless. North Rhine Westphalia is definitely the most common to spot German region, probably because it's the closest to the UK.
